i just stocked up on food. plus, durian season marks a large amount of durians at home. and you know, when food is around me, i cant help but to drown myself in them :) :)
i choose to believe, choose la choose, that my twice or thrice jogs a week will burn those calories and allow me for further intake of foooooood :D
