i finally broke my cycle of not exercising for a week. tennis-ed and a 3km run. i can feel my legs aching alr. im beginning to worry for the 10km run...
so i was reading the Shape magazine that was at Starbucks and it is moments like this where i get the sudden urge to tone up my body. many many many times, this sudden urge will die down in time to come, like within days or sometimes if im lucky, weeks. bottomline, it will soon die down cos 'll give in to the yummy fooood :) :) :)
k lets just hope this time would be different.

i just saw bananananana on the table and i feel hungry!!
and i just realised how i ended my previous post with me feeling hungry too.
