i felt a small sense of accomplishment upon having total silence with eyes looking at me when i gave my lil' words of advice to the students. i felt like i was really teaching them something, despite it not being applicable to exams and tests.

it suddenly hit me that purely drilling them with info after info would only bring them this far in life.

it is moments like this where i gradually understand the true job of a teacher. to not only teach but to guide students in life. and im really grateful for them. without me realising, they have brought me to where i am today.

thank you.
