cny feels different this year.
different in a rather bad way.
it didnt feel like it was cny, despite all the
dong dong dong qiang songs repeating a million times wherever i go.
for the first time, no visiting of my mum's side relatives.
and i believe, it'll be the same next year.
its kinda sad, really.
seeing my mum's siblings bickering over such trivial matter.
i hope sth like this will never happen between me and my sis.

beloved sis.
if you're reading this.
even when we start working in a few years time,
lets continue our 'tradition' in having a meal tgt.
be it lunch.
dinner.
or supper.
or even just having a simple heart to heart talk.
i'll be just glad. :)
of cos,
i wont stop you from spending time with your future bf.
BUT AH BUT,
i come first.
THEN,
your bf.
;)
very demanding,
i also think so.
but it applies to me too.
you come first.
then bf.
:)
k back to cny.
cny day one was more like a bonding session with my cousins.
wanted to teach the younger ones how to play 'dai di' and bridge.
then they can join us and not just sit around and watch, which i thought was damn sian for them.
BUT THEN,
i suddenly remembered what another cousin of mine said earlier,
he happily told me,
"rmb the last time you taught me how to play dai di? i taught my friends and then we play in the toilet tgt. very fun leh."
being curious, i asked him, of all place, why the toilet?
he told me,
"cos my school bans poker cards. play in the toilet, no teacher will catch."
damn funny of him.
but cos of what he said,
i changed my mind in teaching my pri 1 and 3 cousins.
instead,
i let them help me hold my cards.
:D
HAHAHA.
i know its abit kuku.
but,
i dunno why, they like it. :)
moving on to day two.
the usual clique met up for steamboat dinner.
and after that,
it was more of us reminiscing about our sec sch days.
its hard to express all these in words.
to simply put it,
i really miss those days.
