leg cramp was fuh-reaking painful and i didnt know it would be that painful until i experienced it myself.
its like someone trying to stretch my muscles and tear them apart. crazehhhh.
so i was running round the track when my leg gave way and BAM.
cramp cramp cramp.
couldnt tahan so i ended up sitting down on the track. in the middle of nowhere, like some goondu.

and boy,
thank God for Kitty, my leg saviour. :D
if not for her, i wont know what to do.

not bad ah first aider!! can go train to be a doctor and then. woohoo. earn big bucks and enjoy lifeeeeee~ ;)

today today. first leg cramp. and it had better be the last.
