hellooo!!
=)

ahhs!
i need to get another way of starting my post.
it's always the same olddd
hellloooo!

haha.
anyways,
BIO PRACTICAL!

it was crapp.
as compared to physics practical and bio practical,
i prefer physics!
haha.
in my past 1 years and plus plus months, i have never said anything about me LIKING physics as compared to another subject.

but now,
its different.

hahaha.
i'm beginning to like physics.

hms.
actually, it's more of liking physics PRACTICAL.
not PHYSICS itself.

cos i remember saying,
"i dont like physics!" just a few hours ago.

hehs.
so back to the point i was talking about.
bio bio.

the benedict solution testing for reducing sugar.

yucky yucks yucks!!
i dont like that.

while heating the whole 5 test tubes in the water, the test tubes were vibrating so much.
and the fire produced so much noise!!

so i pictured the whole scene of test tube breaking, then the hot burning water flowing out and splashing on me.
everything being pictured in my mind.
=/

and,
the next moment,
i turned off the gas.

so,
that concludes everything.

bio practical was a failure.

ok.
enough of tt.
=)

was just reading this magazine.
and they concluded this.

a recent survey revealed that Singaporeans are the least happy people in the region.

hms.
true?

well, i thought singaporean should be at least among the top few happiest ppl on earth.

there're so many reasons to give if you ask me why.

  1. singapore enjoy political stability.
  2. nobody need to lvie on the street.
  3. we're spared natural calamities.
  4. no wars or any riots.
  5. high technology

etc.

etc.

there's really ALOT of things we should be happy about.

but i think the main reason why singaporeans are the least happy ppl in the region is because most of us, or maybe even all of us do not appreciate the things around us.

we just take them for granted.

instead of counting our blessings, we count our misfortunes.

and we tend to be "greedy" in a way.

many of us are in a state of perpetual "want".

when we get what we "want", we are still unhappy with what we have and "want" even even even MORE.

and it never ends.

we're constantly finding ways and means to upgrade our lives. make life way easier for ourselves.

in a way, its good.

but when it becomes a habit, it the good becomes bad.

singaporeans being the least happy in the region.

i guess it's all about how we view the word happiness.

do we view it in a way that its only when we have the $$$$$$$$$$ then we will be happy?

or do we view it in a way that only when we give and lend a hand to others, we'll then only be happy?

choice 1?

or choice 2?

i wouldnt deny that choice 1 is something that we all need.

we're all studying so much,

working so hard.

all these just for the sake of earning $$$$$$.

and neither would i deny that $$$$ do give us happiness at times.

but have you ever wondered?

when we die, will we ever be remembered for our possessions.

or will we instead be remembered for what we have done for others.

hms.

something good to think about.

=)
